What Should Be Noted When Overhauling The Valve Body?

1) When overhauling the valve body, do not let the valve core and other important parts fall. Do not extend the wire, spinning tool and other hard objects into the valve hole, so as not to damage the spool and the valve hole of the precision matching surface.

2) All parts of the valve body decomposition after cleaning, available compressed air blow-dry. Do not allow wiping with cotton cloth, so as not to stick to the fine fiber filaments, resulting in control valve stall.

3) When assembling the valve body should check whether the control valve spool can move freely in the valve hole. If there is any stagnation, it should be removed and reinstalled after cleaning.

4) Do not use sealant or adhesive on the valve body liner or any part of the control valve.

5)When replacing the spacer liner, compare the old and new parts and make sure they are correct before installing them to prevent the normal operation of the automatic transmission from being affected by incompatible part specifications. Some automatic transmission repair kit does not have the valve body of the bulkhead liner, in the maintenance if the old liner is damaged, available clear bright paper (i.e., electrician with insulating paper) self-made. Method is, the shape of the old liner drawn on the bright paper, with a paper cutter and round punch according to the original carved out.

6) in the decomposition, assembly of the valve body, to have detailed technical information (such as the decomposition of the valve body diagram), as a comparison. If there is no such information in the overhaul can be used as a reference, you can break down before the first sketch of the shape of the valve body and then dismantle each control valve, in the corresponding position of the valve body sketch on the shape of the control valve parts and arrangement of the order of the measurement and write down the outer diameter of each spring, the free length and the number of laps, as a reference for the assembly. The disassembled parts of each control valve should be placed in order for reassembly.
