Transmission cannot be put into gear
Fault description: Unable to hang into gear in place or while driving
Determine the cause of the fault:
1. The internal machine of the gearbox is faulty
2. The clutch is not fully stepped on and the gear is suspended or the clutch is not stepped on at all
3. The shifting control structure is damaged and deformed
Maintenance method:
First of all, we need to determine whether the fault is unable to hang in place or unable to hang in driving. If you can not hang the gear in place, then it is likely to be the fault of the shift control mechanism assembly and the transmission itself, and the gear inside the shift rod is worn out, resulting in the shift rod getting stuck, and it is difficult to pull before and after. Or the clutch disc and clutch disc pressure plate are broken. Replace the friction plate of the clutch and replace it with a new one. The other may be the wrong operation, the clutch separation is not complete or no separation, if not the operation problem, it may be the separation of the clutch is not clear, go to the repair shop to adjust the clutch.
Transmission out of whack
Fault description: In the case of normal clutch technical condition, the transmission hangs two gears at the same time or hangs the required gear, hangs into the other gear
Determine the cause of the fault:
1. The transmission shift control mechanism is installed incorrectly or adjusted incorrectly
2. The arc face at the lower end of the gear shift lever is worn too much
3. The positioning pin of the gear shift lever ball head is broken or the ball head and ball hole are worn too much
Maintenance method:
The main reason for this is generally the failure of the transmission control mechanism.
1. Hang the required gear but hang into other gear: shake the gear shift lever and check its swing Angle. If it exceeds the normal range, the fault is caused by the loose match between the ball head positioning pin and the positioning slot at the lower end of the gear shift lever or the excessive wear of the ball head and ball hole.
2, if the swing Angle is normal, it is still unable to hang or remove the gear, it is caused by the lower end of the gear shift lever out of the groove, because the gear shift lever lower end arc face wear or guide groove wear is too large.
3. If two gears are hung at the same time, it is caused by the failure of the gearbox interlock device.
Difficulty shifting
Fault description: It is difficult to hang up to the required gear, or it is difficult to hang up the required gear
Determine the cause of the fault:
1, shift control mechanism wear or improper adjustment
2, transmission inner gear synchronizer damaged
3, the shift mechanism is slightly deformed
4. Gear pull hairpin
Maintenance method:
We usually disconnect the shift control mechanism from the shift mechanism on the transmission, and then use our hands to shift the transmission to see if it is easy to hang. If it is good to hang, the shift control mechanism is faulty; If it is not good to hang, check the transmission. In addition, the draw-type gear mechanism also needs to check whether the draw-type wire is used for too long, the internal dry oil or water, and the dust entering the gear is not good.
Shift gears
Fault description: When changing into a gear, you will hear the sound of teeth inside the transmission.
Determine the cause of the fault: the fault is basically incomplete clutch separation.
Maintenance method: Adjust the height of the clutch pedal or replace the matching shift cable and shift control mechanism.
The transmission lever is not in the center position
Fault description: The shift lever of the transmission is offset to one side and is not in the middle position
Determine the cause of the failure: the shift control mechanism is loose.
Maintenance method: Adjust or change the shift control mechanism.
Transmission leakage
Fault description: There is a large amount of oil stains on the transmission housing.
Determine the cause of the fault:
1.oil seal aging damage oil leakage
2.transmission oil is added too much and the internal agitation of the transmission when working is leaked out from the ventilation hole
3. The shell is broken
4.installation is not in place
Maintenance method:Look closely at the leak area to find the root cause of the oil leak. See whether the oil seal is aging or the shell is broken, in order to solve the fault.
Transmission abnormal noise
Fault description: The transmission makes a strange sound or metal knocking sound when working
Determine the cause of the fault: internal damage to the transmission
Maintenance method: disassemble and check the transmission.
Transmission jitter
Fault description: In the process of driving, the transmission jitter.
Determine the cause of the fault:
1, transmission foot damage
2, transmission screw installation is not in place
3, transmission input shaft bearing sleeve wear is too large
4. The input shaft is deformed
Maintenance method: First check the installation of the foot and transmission, and then suspect the fault of the transmission itself.
