2. Cause of failure
Under long-term high temperature conditions, the anti-wear performance and lubrication performance of transmission oil are reduced, and the bearings, gears and other components in the transmission box are worn or severely worn, or the side of the gear is damaged.
Third, transmission oil leakage
1. Phenomena
Starting in low gear is especially difficult, and even if you step on the accelerator during the driving process, the car does not move much, as if it is not in gear.
2. Cause of failure
Oil leakage caused by the aging of the seal inside the chassis or gearbox during driving and poor sealing.
The function of transmission oil and oil is the same, mainly plays the role of lubrication, cleaning, cooling, rust prevention and sealing, so the lack of transmission oil will cause insufficient internal lubrication of the gearbox, resulting in dry grinding, and long-term dry grinding will be scrapped.
Fourth, stop the engine
1. Phenomena
After starting the car, the engine is turned off when the P or N gear is shifted into another gear. Or in the process of driving the brake, the engine is turned off (the vehicle has no automatic start and stop function).
2. Cause of failure
It may be that the locking solenoid valve is damaged, or the locking control valve hair clip is damaged.
If the engine stalls several times, check whether the impact is large, if large, you need to call for rescue. Otherwise, multiple attempts may cause a gearbox overhaul.
Fifth, the gearbox temperature is too high

During the driving process, the computer alarm shows that the gearbox temperature is too high, or the gearbox is overheated or even hot when touched after a period of driving.
2. Cause of failure
The temperature cannot be effectively controlled when the gearbox is running at high load, or the gearbox will slip and the temperature will be too high.
Sixth, the shift time is too long or too short
1. Phenomena
The general automatic transmission has a specific shift speed and speed, in the process of driving, it is found that the gear rises faster, which is directly reflected in the speed.
2. Cause of failure
It is possible that the valve body is too dirty, and the dirty transmission valve body will destroy the quality and friction characteristics of the transmission oil.
Seventh, the car in gear does not move
1. Phenomena
After the car starts, the gear will be stuck in D or R gear, and the vehicle will not move forward without any reaction after releasing the brake. Manual hanging 1 gear, loosen the clutch, the car does not run.
2. Cause of failure
The transmission input shaft or reverse gear clutch may be damaged, or the D/R brake may be damaged. It can also be caused by a leak in the transmission, a serious lack of transmission fluid, or a loosening of the link or cable between the car shift lever and the manual valve rocker arm, causing the manual valve to remain in neutral or park gear.
