'14 1.4 displacement kia k2, fitted with 4-speed AT gearbox a4cf1, suffers from entry shock and lack of power to start.

Called the fault information: shift control solenoid valve B (PCSV-A). When you see this fault code, I believe that many service technicians will think that the computer board problem is mostly.
First, we unplugged the external transmission solenoid, the first step is to measure the condition of all the solenoids inside the transmission to make sure we rule out the inside of the transmission before we consider the external computer board or wiring harness.

Measuring each solenoid according to the solenoid information labeled on the wiring diagram, pin 7 is the hitch.

Solenoids 1,2,3,4,8 share the No.7 hitch wire, and the measured resistance is normal at about 4 ohms.Solenoid No.9 has a separate No.10 hitch, and the resistance is normal at about 4 ohms.No.5 and No.6 are the oil temperature sensors.
After measuring, I found that solenoid #1 (corresponding to the fault message) has no resistance, and the multimeter beeping gear is not working, and solenoid #9 has a resistance value of more than 100. This would indicate that the internal wiring harness or the solenoid itself is besides the problem and needs to be checked further.

After removing the valve body and separating the wiring harness, I checked the solenoid valve itself. Found that the solenoid valve itself resistance value is normal, are 4.2 or so, but after connecting the wiring harness to measure again found that the No. 1 solenoid valve resistance value is normal again, but the beginning of the measurement of the No. 9 oil pressure solenoid valve resistance value has become more than 40.
The solenoid valve itself is not a problem, need to replace the solenoid valve harness. Replace the wiring harness, troubleshooting.

If the same fault code comes up, measure the transmission solenoid plug first, and if the resistance values are all normal, you can consider the computer board.
