JF015 Valve Body Installation instructions
为使每位客户更换阀体后,变速箱维修后成功率更高,减少不必要的工作量,提升维修的质量和维修的效率,安装阀体前请详情阅读以下说明：
In order to enable each customer to replace the valve body, transmission repair after a higher success rate, reduce unnecessary workload, improve the quality of repair and repair efficiency, please read the following instructions in detail before installing the valve body:
1.保持整个变速箱的清洁度,是确保阀体正常工作运转的先决必要条件,离合器已经出现烧痕,油液变色变浑浊含有大量碎屑杂质都将影响阀体的正常,链条已拉伤及进水的不要再装阀体试车.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the entire gearbox is a prerequisite necessary to ensure the normal work operation of the valve body, the clutch has appeared burn marks, fluid discoloration and turbidity containing a large number of fine impurities will affect the normal valve body, Do not reinstall the valve body to test drive if the chain has been strained and water has entered.
2.对链轮缸分解检查,链缸油环更换,原厂油环具有最优性价比.不要使用拼装链条
The sprocket cylinder is disassembled and inspected, and the chain cylinder oil ring is replaced, and the original oil ring has the best price performance ratio. Do not use assembled chain
3.用手砂轮打磨链轮无法保证链轮的锥面角度/锥面位置/锥面跳动导致夹紧力不足.
Grinding the sprocket with a hand wheel does not ensure that the taper angle/taper position/taper runout of the sprocket results in insufficient clamping force.
4.油泵上的流量阀目前故障较多,铰孔使用加大流量阀.
The flow valve on the oil pump is currently failing more often, reaming use to increase the flow valve.
5.对输入轴定子座孔内轴套做必要更换,磨损过大会导致锁止异常或报P0741变扭器不能锁止.同时安装主涡缸时要注意不要挤压转速传感器信号轮.(确认压力传感器0位电压0.48~0.52V)
Do the necessary replacement of the bushing in the stator seat hole of the input shaft, too much wear will cause abnormal locking or report the P0741 torque converter will not lock.Also be careful not to squeeze the speed sensor signal wheel when installing the main vortex cylinder. (Confirm pressure sensor 0 position voltage 0.48~0.52V)
6.阀体有2种版本,注意区别安装,变扭器要对号安装.
There are two versions of the valve body, pay attention to the different installation, and the torque converter should be installed.
7.按规定扭矩7.5 Nm(或拧贴螺丝后转40度角)安装阀体螺丝,更换2个滤芯.
Install the valve body screws according to the specified torque of 7.5Nm (or screw and turn 40 degrees Angle), and replace the 2 filters.
8.更换阀体后必须执行清除校准数据.(在举升机上进行)建议使用原厂变速箱油.
Clearing the calibration data must be performed after replacing the valve body. (Performed on a lift.) Original transmission fluid is recommended.
9.用诊断电脑查看实时数据,对变速箱整体维修结果进行检测.
Use the diagnostic computer to view the real-time data and test the overall repair results of the transmission.
