AATP---0B5 Valve Body Installation Instructions

为使每位客户更换阀体后,变速箱维修后成功率更高,减少不必要的工作量,提升维修的质量和维修的效率,安装阀体前请详细阅读以下说明：

In order to enable each customer to replace the valve body, transmission repair after a higher success rate, reduce unnecessary workload, improve the quality of repair and repair efficiency, please read the following instructions in detail before installing the valve body:

1.保持整个变速箱的清洁度,是确保阀体正常工作运转的先决必要条件,离合器已出现烧痕,油液变色变浑浊含有大量细微杂质都将影响阀体的正常,如发现异常请按以下建议进行检查维修;

Maintaining the cleanliness of the entire gearbox is a prerequisite necessary to ensure the normal work operation of the valve body, the clutch has appeared burn marks, fluid discoloration and turbidity containing a large number of fine impurities will affect the normal valve body, such as the discovery of anomalies, please check and repair according to the following recommendations;

2.离合器分解/检查/安装,对离合器组件中的钢片/摩擦片及密封胶活塞做为必换件更换,OE离合器组件由博格华纳提供,因组件摩擦系数下降导致的换挡拨叉异响,档位调节器1/2/3/4位置不正确或错误故障,离合器匹配无法通过,挂档或爬行功能舒适性变差等故障,离合器间隙标准要求：

Clutch disassembly/inspection/installation, the steel plate/friction plate and Sealant Piston in the clutch assembly as a mandatory replacement, OE clutch assembly provided by BorgWarner, due to the decline in the coefficient of friction of the assembly caused by the shift fork rattling, shift fork 1/2/3/4 position error faults, clutch matching can not be through the clutch matching, the comfort of the gear or crawling function deterioration of the faults, the standard requirements of the clutch gap:

K1间隙(2.0～2.2mm),K2间隙(1.2～1.4mm),油环/活塞做必要的更换.

K1 clearance (2.0 to 2.2mm), K2 clearance (1.2 to 1.4mm), oil ring/piston make necessary replacement.

3.更换线排(建议使用原厂件),线排因接触不良内阻过大,导致报执行器电磁阀故障;安装线排前先清洁电脑上针脚上的氧化层(与线排接触位置),更换供油导管上的密封O圈;

4.双离合烧蚀后,油格必须更换外滤;

5.用诊断电脑查看数据时对离合器的状态进行判断,依据如下

6.推拉换挡拨叉不应有任何卡滞,清除推杆上档位行程传感器上的杂质,有大负荷强制降档冲击

并伴有啮合声的,须拆检同步环间隙不小于1.1mm;

8.严格按照厂家提供的操作步骤拆装阀体,安装后加注7.5L双离合油,原厂油品具有最优性价比,会减少偶遇很多稀奇古怪的故障症状的同时让变速箱更好工作.
