Classification Of Car Repair Grades

According to different objects and different scopes of work, auto repair can be divided into vehicle overhaul, assembly overhaul, auto minor repair and parts repair.
1) Vehicle overhaul:
Repair or replace any part of a car, including foundational parts, in order to restore the car to its full technical condition and restore the car completely (or nearly completely) to its life.
2) Assembly overhaul:
It is a restorative repair that restores the complete technical condition and service life of the main assembly of the car by repairing or replacing the assembly parts (including basic parts) after a certain period of time (or mileage).
3) Minor car repair:
Automobile minor repairs are operational repairs that ensure or restore partial working capabilities of automobiles by repairing or replacing individual parts, mainly to eliminate faults or hidden dangers that occur or are discovered during the operation or maintenance of automobiles. For some minor repair projects that can be estimated in advance based on natural wear patterns or external signs of the assembly, planned minor repair operations can be organized in a centralized manner, combined with primary and secondary maintenance operations.
4) Parts maintenance:
Repair is the repair of parts that cannot be used due to wear, deformation, damage, etc. Parts repair runs through various repair operations, and is an important measure to repair old and waste, save raw materials, reduce costs, increase production and save money. Parts that have been replaced by car maintenance and repairs can be repaired and used if they are worth repairing.
