I think it is a very common car failure, and many friends have basically encountered it. Of course, friends who know a little about cars can prevent this problem well. So, how to judge the solution to the blockage of the oil filter at the bottom of the car?
Determine if the oil is clogged. This is how it should be done. When there is the above-mentioned oil pressure signal light, stop the car (don't turn off the engine), first listen to the engine for abnormal noise, then open the engine compartment cover (don't turn off the engine, let it run at idle speed), then screw on the engine oil cap of the development engine, and observe the luggage There is a small hole in the cover (the one filled with oil) near the inside of the tank. The bottom of the hole is silver-gray metal. (Most people can’t see clearly without a small flashlight. It’s better to have a flashlight.) If you can see that the oil continues to flow at the bottom of the hole, it means that the oil is not blocked, but the sensor is misleading, and you can continue to drive. If only the silver-gray metal bottom is observed, it means that the engine oil has been blocked, and there is no need to drive it until it is properly handled.
Easy to put on the filter if not filtered before the oil pump filter. The filter is equipped with a bypass valve. When the filter of the oil pump filter with a perforated filter is clogged, the oil will directly enter the main oil passage from the bypass valve without passing through the perforated filter of the oil pump filter, which will cause the oil passage to be blocked. It's more troublesome to deal with than this. If the cleaning is not good, the clogging will be more serious, and then the impurities will easily damage the oil pump.
The oil is not changed regularly. If this needs to be eliminated, there is no other way than to remove the oil pan and then clean the oil filter of the perforated screen. It is best to flush the inside of the engine with diesel to maximize the flushing of impurities, then replace with new oil, and then change the oil on time. Replace the perforated screen on time.
During driving, the gasoline filter is clogged, and the fuel supply is not smooth or even smooth, so that the engine cannot work normally. After inspection, if the filter element of the gasoline filter is clogged, you can remove the filter element; if it is a ceramic fast element, you can set it on fire, and after the fire is extinguished, knock out the ashes and dirt and then reassemble; if it is a paper filter element, you can use gasoline cleaning. If the filter element is too dirty to pass through after cleaning, you can make a small hole in the side wall of the filter element and then reassemble it, so that part of the filter element can still function as a filter, and you can replace the filter element after returning to your residence. When reassembling, pay attention to the sealing condition of the sealing ring. When tightening the screws of the filter housing, both sides should be tightened at the same time. Note that the housing at the screw holes is weak and could easily crack causing the filter to fail completely.
